Dr. Joe grew up in Greenfield, graduated Pius XI HS and went to Marquette University, graduated in 1977 and started his dental practice with Dr. Treacy and Dr. Scanlon.
Dr. Joe has been married to Pamela for 45 years, has two children Mallory and Joe and two adorable grandkids Jace and Easton that he loves to spend time with them and teach them about gardening which is his passion right after dentistry.
Dr. Floyd graduated from Marquette University in 1995. He did undergraduate studies at Loma Linda University and did Residency at VA Medical Center in CO.
He joined the practice of SFDC in 1996, he has raised 5 beautiful daughters with his wife of 32 years Stacy.
Dr. Young enjoys automobile rehabilitation, nature walks, fishing, and mushroom hunting.
Suzie is a Marquette University graduate and has been with our practice for 20 years. Suzie most enjoys the medical aspect of dentistry and connecting with patients through education. Out of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter; you can usually find them on a tennis court or rooting for the Milwaukee Bucks and Green Bay Packers. She also enjoys reading and working in her yard.
Wendy grew up in Bay View and attended MATC, where she earned her Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene; she began her career at Saint Francis Dental in 1987. Wendy loves the relationships she’s made with her team members and her patients; these relationships have kept her loving her job for all these years. Wendy now provides services for the children and grandchildren of her earlier patients, and could not be happier.
Of her position, Wendy says: “I feel very fortunate to have been working with Dr. Stiglitz and Dr. Young for so many years and am proud of the dentistry we provide our community. Working alongside these great dentists and my coworkers continues to be very rewarding.”
Outside of the office, you can find Wendy either spending time with family or immersed in one of her hobbies, which include woodworking, crafting, and working with Wood Sisters Soap Co.
Theresa graduated from Milwaukee Area Technical College in 1996 and has been enjoying her career at St. Francis Dental Center since 1997. She loves meeting new patients as well as connecting with established patients every few months to educate them about dental health.
In her free time, Theresa enjoys traveling with her husband and twin daughters; Disney is one of their favorite destinations. She also enjoys watching and attending Milwaukee sporting events and plays.
Monika, who came from Poland in 2002 as an exchange student and graduated from Dental Marketing School in Florida, has been with St. Francis Dental Center for 12 years. Monika’s main focus is our patients’ experience: ensuring the practice runs smoothly, fostering a friendly environment, and making sure patients are well informed about everything from insurance to treatment.
In her free time, she loves to travel with her life partner Aaron, and also enjoys long walks with her two dogs.
Patti trained as a dental hygienist at Milwaukee Area Technical College and has been with St. Francis Dental Center for 20 years. Patti enjoys working with individuals that are on a great preventive track; she also enjoys setting up treatment plans for those who have taken a leave from dentistry and are now motivated to get their dental health back in order. Educating people about how oral conditions can adversely affect the overall body is a popular conversion with her.
In her spare time, Patti enjoys exploring with her grandchildren, reading anything she can get her hands on, and vacationing with her husband Mike.
Linda graduated from the University of Minnesota; she enjoys the day-to-day challenges of educating patients so they fully understand their dental health in relation to their overall body health.
Linda is married and has three grown boys and two grandchildren—she is happily immersed in family life. In her free time, Linda loves to walk, bike, camp, garden, and read.
Sylvanna graduated from Kaplan college in 2009 and has been in the dental field for over 13 years.
She has been part of the SFDC team since June 2021, and she loves being a dental assistant because she loves working with patients and seeing a smile on their faces. She is compassionate and genuine and cares about everyone around her circle.
She adores her son King and enjoys time together with their dog Prince. She also loves cooking and traveling in her spare time.
Alana graduated from MATC’s Dental Assisting Accredited Program in 2001 and has been in the dental field for over 20 years; she has been part of the Saint Francis Dental Center Team since 2014. She has worked in oral surgery gaining her DAANCE-AAOMS certificate, is well respected in the dental community, and thoroughly enjoys her profession. She has experience in all fields of dentistry including but not limited to endodontics, oral surgery, and general dentistry. Alana works side by side with Dr. Joseph R. Stiglitz, DDS, conquering common dental maladies. She thoroughly enjoys working with patients and her colleagues.
In her free time, Alana enjoys spending time with her family, a nice cup of joe, and socializing with acquaintances and friends.
Originally from the UP, Sue attended school in Green Bay and became a certified Dental Assistant in 1987; she has been working alongside Dr. Young for over 20 years.
Sue works closely with Dr. Young during procedures, ensuring patients feel calm and comfortable. Of her work, she says: “When you love what you do, you never go to work.”
In her spare time, Sue loves traveling with her husband, having sleepovers with her grandchildren, and reading.
Bridget has been a receptionist/patient coordinator for 3 1/2 years. She loves to interact with patients and build personal relationships with them and know them on a first-name basis. She loves to travel and spend time with her big family.
